Fill out a 2-minute form, then book a free 15-min strategy call. On the call we confirm your match and introduce your VA. Your 5-day free trial starts after the call. If you're not happy for any reason, cancel and you pay nothing. If you continue, we'll sort out billing together — no surprises.

I've never managed a VA before. Will this be complicated?

Not at all — and this is a concern we hear often. Most of our clients have never hired a VA before. When your VA is introduced, we send a simple onboarding guide covering how to assign tasks, set expectations, and get into a rhythm. Most clients feel comfortable within the first 3–4 days. Your VA is experienced at working remotely and won't need hand-holding to stay productive.

How long until my VA is actually useful?

Most clients see real output in the first 48 hours. Your VA reads any documentation you share, asks clarifying questions, and gets moving. The first week is usually about learning your style and preferences — by week two, most VAs are working largely independently. If you feel the ramp-up is slow, tell us and we'll step in.

What if the quality isn't what I expected?

That's exactly what the free trial is for. If the work quality isn't there after 7 days, you don't pay. If issues arise later, contact us — we'll either coach the VA directly or replace them, usually within 24 hours. We don't make you wait weeks for a resolution. Our VAs know their continued placement depends on your satisfaction.

What if my tasks are very specific or niche?

We handle niche requirements regularly — legal research, medical admin, specific tech stacks, industry-specific CRMs, compliance-sensitive workflows. When you fill out the intake form, describe exactly what you need. If we don't have a match on our current roster, we'll tell you honestly rather than send someone unsuitable.

What if my VA suddenly quits or becomes unavailable?

It happens rarely, but when it does we treat it as our problem, not yours. We keep a documented handover file for every active VA placement so there's no knowledge lost. Replacement is arranged within 24–48 hours and we cover the transition period — you won't be billed for days without coverage.

How do I know my VA is actually working?

Your VA is available on Slack during agreed hours and responds promptly — just like an in-house employee would. We don't use invasive screen-recording software. Instead, we rely on output and accountability: daily or weekly task updates, delivered work, and regular communication. If responsiveness drops, you tell us and we address it directly.

What timezone will my VA work in?

We match you with a VA who can work your timezone or overlap with it meaningfully. If you're US-based and need someone online during EST business hours, that's what we arrange. If you need 24/7 coverage across two shifts, the Team plan makes that possible. Timezone is one of the first things we confirm during matching.

Is my business data and information safe?

Accepted Answer

Every VA signs a strict NDA and confidentiality agreement before starting. We don't permit VAs to store client credentials insecurely, and we recommend using password managers with controlled access (like 1Password Teams) for anything sensitive. If your work involves particularly sensitive data — legal, financial, medical — tell us upfront and we'll match you with a VA who has relevant compliance experience.

Can I change my plan or hours mid-month?

Yes. If you need to upgrade from Starter to Pro, we adjust your next billing cycle. If you need to scale back, let us know before your renewal date. We don't lock you in or charge upgrade fees. Some clients start on Starter for a month to test the relationship, then move to full-time once they're confident — that's a completely normal path.

How does billing work and what's included in $800?

Accepted Answer

$800/month covers one full-time VA (40 hours/week) — that's approximately 160–170 hours per month. Payment is processed securely via Paddle on a monthly cycle, and you receive an automatic invoice each billing date. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no charges during the free trial. The only thing not included is any software or tools your VA needs — those would be on your existing accounts.
